[SOLD] Yamaha F370 Acoustic Guitar (Optional Hardcase at $50) in Nanyang Avenue, West Singapore for sale

Willing to let my beloved acoustic guitar go to upgrade to a better one. I have been using this to practice and perform with extreme care (i.e. no scratch, no dirt mark, etc). It's in great condition since I clean it often & keep it in the hard case with a dry pack when not used.
The guitar price is $200 (for a 99% new, got at 350$+ when it first released) and $50 for the hard-case. NOTE: The marks on the pick guard near the sound hole is the original nylon seal so even the pick guard is in very good condition.
If you want a hard-case I can offer a hand-made hard-case for $50 (It's not branded, I have been using it to keep this guitar, 100% in working condition). Very serious buyers can meet up and try the guitar. I can play for you to decide if you don't know how to play yet. It's highly recommended for beginners & intermediate players. I have posted the model so you can look up online to have an idea how it may sound.
